This six month senior leadership programme designed and delivered by Gerry is a comprehensive and transformative experience designed to enhance leadership skills and drive personal and professional growth.

Throughout the programme, participants will be empowered with and develop key strategies of leadership excellence that will enable them to lead self, others and teams with greater excellence in a consistent and repeatable manner.

• Four immersive one day masterclasses - delivered over 6 months.

• Monthly 1:1 Coaching sessions.

• Peer mentoring masterclasses.
